Working with Mildred Jones-King was okay. She isn't the worst of the worst. She was late to at least half of our viewings but towards the end she was always on time. Her organization skills could be better. Due to my personality type I needed a bit more professionalism in that department as well as prompt communication. Besides that she is a good advocate for her clients and will do her best to get you your desired home.

My realtor, Shekedia Brock, got the job done! She understood the assignment. I am now the owner of the first house she showed me. She shared others, but she introduced this property highlighting my personality and interests and why she believed this was “the one”. She was intentional and intuitive. She acknowledged my every inquiry and patiently put my concerns to rest. Energy matched energy. Respectfully and divinely. I am happy with my Besmatch experience!

I gave two stars cause they get credits for helping me get into an apartment if it wasn’t for that they would get 1 my experience was ok until I had gotten into the apartment I was working with Natadia Marcelin she became very unprofessional and rude cause she didn’t get her way very aggressive tone when speaking. Speaking as if she was my mother. She says she’s a godly person but it’s very hard to tell I’m not the Only one that experiences this with Natadia. She has made up stories saying a landlord is complaining about something but when tenant messages the landlord the landlord has no knowledge of the complaint I’m glad I got an apartment but I would never work with this place again or refer anyone here.

Natalia is a rockstar agent, she doesn’t give up and she’s so fierce. I can’t thank her enough for helping me with my move and fighting for me to make sure my kids and I was not only happy but satisfied with our move. I’m looking forward to future projects with her.
